Hi,

The compressed tar files tcl73.tar.Z, tk36.tar.Z, blt16.tar.Z and itcl13.tar.Z
are VMS ports. tk36.tar.Z includes the photo widget.  I've only played with
them on Alpha/OpenVMS T6.1.
